Help My Fiancé Rebuild After Deportation

Donation protected
My name is Gary, and I’m reaching out to share the story of my fiancé, who was deported to Guatemala after a heartbreaking series of events. We were living together in Tennessee, excitedly preparing for the arrival of our son. My fiancé, a Guatemalan national, was five months pregnant and we were in the process of getting her paperwork so we could be married. Just two weeks before she was detained, we had an ultrasound and many tests that showed our baby was perfectly healthy.

Everything changed when she was picked up by ICE. While in federal custody at the Richwood Detention Facility in Louisiana, she began experiencing complications and told staff she hadn’t felt the baby move. It took three days before they took her to the hospital where she was handcuffed to a bed and delivered our son, who had passed away in front of three staff from the detention facility that stayed in the room while she delivered up beautiful baby boy. She received no real medical attention. It took them 5 days to answer my call to find out what was happening with my fiance and our beautiful son and then I was notified that he had deceased within 20 minutes I had another nurse call me and ask me what I was going to do with our son because he's been in the cold crip for 2 days and they couldn't hold him there no more. Within a week of this trauma, she was deported to a remote village in Guatemala. Since then, she has faced major health complications and isolation, and I have done everything I can to support her from afar, sending much of my income to help with her basic needs.

Now, I am asking for help from my community The people of this country that really care about how human life.... anyone who feels moved by our story. The funds raised will help us first and foremost bring our beautiful son that didn't have a chance, home to Guatemala for a proper burial that his beautiful mother will arrange and shipping containers with our personal belongings, appliances, and a vehicle to Guatemala, as well as supplies to build a bathroom, kitchen, and siding for her house. Your support—whether through donations, prayers, or simply sharing our story—means the world to us. We hope to one day be reunited and rebuild our lives after this unimaginable loss. The pictures I have posted are the pictures of the current living situation which is just a bed inside of a shack that has no walls with dirt floors and a bed that is it, no kitchen no bathroom no shower dirt floors and a bed that is it. Anyone that would like to reach out to me I'll be more than happy to reply God bless him we thank you so much for everything
