Help My Father Norman After Life-Saving Surgery
Don protégé
Hi, my name is Noah, and I’m reaching out to ask for help on behalf of my father, Norman Van Dyke. My dad has always been a strong, independent man, never one to ask for help. He proudly served in the Navy for 8 years, dedicating his time and energy to our country. But now, after a life-saving surgery, he finds himself in a position where he really needs support.
Recently, my dad had to undergo an emergency surgery to repair his aorta after his health rapidly declined. The procedure was necessary to save his life, but it came at a huge cost. His one-month hospital stay has completely wrecked his finances, and he is struggling to cover the costs of his basic living expenses.
My dad was born with a rare arterial disease that causes his arteries to rapidly clog, leading to loss of feeling in his extremities and eventually their death. Eight years ago, he had one leg amputated because of this condition, and just recently, his remaining foot started going numb. That’s what led to the urgent need for this surgery.
We’re at a point where we simply can’t handle the financial strain any longer. I’m asking for help because I know my dad won’t ask for it himself. Any amount you can give would mean the world to our family, as it would allow my father to focus on healing without the constant worry about how to pay for his care. Thank you for your support, and please share if you can.
