I come to you with an urgent plea to support my family members, who are facing a critical situation that demands our immediate attention and solidarity. My name is Salim AlKhozondar, I'm the biggest brother in my family which consist of My father, my mother, my sister Ghadi ( a wife and a mother of two kids ) and two brothers Mohammed and Waleed) had been through a lot since the beginning of this devastating war, we had to be displaced so many times looking for safety and escaping death and it was not that easy with two kids and two elderly with chronic diseases.

Two weeks ago, My sister Ghadi along with her two little kids managed to cross the borders to Egypt before the military operation started in Rafah leaving my family stuck there since they were short on cash and had not enough time to sign up with coordination company to cross the borders which can be avoided if they had the cash required to cross the borders knowing that attempts to leave through the Rafah border crossing have been met with a disheartening challenge, the demand for exorbitant "coordination fees". The coordination fees are 5'000 dollars for an adult and 2'500 dollars for a child.

Your contribution can be the lifeline that helps my family to overcome this insurmountable hurdle. The funds raised will be dedicated to covering the costs of the coordination fees required to navigate the Rafah border crossing once its re-open and cover my and my kids staying in Egypt, Your support will empower this family to take the necessary steps towards a safer and more secure future.
