My name is Muath Al-Batti, and I am 31 years old, from Beit Hanoun in Gaza. I am a husband and a father to four young children. Before the war, I owned a small shop that allowed me to support my family. Our life was modest, but it was full of hope and dreams for the future.

Unfortunately, the ongoing war in Gaza has taken everything from us. My shop, our only source of income, was completely destroyed. We have been forced to flee our home multiple times, each time hoping to find safety, but the destruction followed us.

In this conflict, we lost not only our home but also the life we had built. We are now left with nothing—no shelter, no food, and no way to provide for our children. We have been displaced from northern Gaza to the south, where we are living in desperate conditions, with the ground as our bed and the sky as our only shelter.
