I am raising funds to help my family and me relocate and begin a new chapter in our lives. After experiencing several devastating losses, it has become increasingly difficult to remain in our current community. The environment brings constant reminders and unexpected encounters with individuals that make it hard to heal and move forward. Relocating is an important step for our mental health and for finding peace of mind.

The funds raised will be used for moving expenses, first months rent and deposit at our new home, and basic necessities as we settle into a new place, as well as holding us over and being able to continue paying current bills while getting settled into a new environment. This support will also help us cover living costs until I am able to find stable employment. Starting over in a new environment is a crucial part of my journey to heal from trauma and manage my PTSD.
