Hello, my name is Waleska. My family and I went through something unthinkable on Wednesday night. While my wife was cooking dinner, our kitchen caught on fire. Everything happened so fast, but we reacted quickly enough to get our six children out safely. Even though my wife and I inhaled smoke, we are okay. We are a family of eight—my six children, my wife, and I—and we both work very hard for what we had. Now, we need to start over from scratch.

Currently, we are desperately looking for a new place to live because we can no longer stay in our home. The costs to relocate are overwhelming, with a deposit, security, and broker fee adding up to a significant amount. On top of that, we don’t have a kitchen, so getting food out every day is very pricey. The funds raised will help us cover these urgent expenses and give us a chance to rebuild our lives.
