Help My Family Reclaim Their Home

My name is, Norma. I’m am trying to help my mom who is 64, my aunt who is 67, to try and raise some funds to help them with getting them to move back into their own home. They are sisters . They are both elderly and I  trying to desperately seek a bit of support financially for them .Here’s the story. My brother, who is my mom’s son and my aunts nephew. He tried to extort them into selling their own house, which was being rented actually to his friend, who has now vacated the home but they drastically vandalized the home which caused multiple damages to the home to where they are unable to move back in. They were renting the home to my brothers friend at the time but when my brother couldn’t force them to sale there own home, he kicked them out of his home which was where they were living.  They are now struggling to pay for the cost of damages to repair their home and also to pay the house mortgage plus other bills that are owed. Now My brother somehow illegally has also put a lien on there own home by falsely stating he was somehow hired as like a contractor and had made home repairs to the home of over 60k and was never compensated. He somehow falsified documents and sent this to the county office which caused them to have a lien on the home. They are now also trying to come up with funds to try to hire a lawyer to try to fight the allegations and remove this lien he placed. I am just trying to get them back somehow into there own home. The home is in an unlivable state. The carpets have been ripped out of the flooring so now it’s all concrete floors. There are multiple holes , scratches, and mounted racks were ripped off the walls. The ceiling,lighting wires were ripped out. Light switches broken. Garage interior wall was tagged up . The backyard fence has been broken down and needs replacement . The doors of the home have also been damaged. The home appliances , stove, microwave, refrigerator are damaged & unusable. The garage door has to be replaced. I could go on with so much damages. They have had to dip into there retirement funds which are being completely drained to try and pay for most of the cost of everything. While it is always difficult to ask for help. This is a desperate situation. If you would like to contribute to them it would really , really help out.
