Help my family in this hardship

I'm Bing, a single mom who lives with two boys (Jack and George), 15 and 4, a dog (Mia) and two cats (Mimi and Bella). My ex-husband left Australia when my youngest son George was 7 months old. My older son is autistic.  

In 2021 my younger son was in a serious accident. I thank all the medical staff who offered great help and support back then. I thank all the friends and neighbours who also helped me go through the hardest and darkest time. I thank God that George is as healthy as the other kids. Even though I have to raise my children on my own, I am determined to give them the best life that I can offer.

I am, by no means, rich, but I also tried my best to support our community. I bought dry hay for the farmer who suffered from the drought in 2019. When the pandemic broke out in 2020, I used my first government subsidy to buy 2,000 face masks, kept 50 for ourselves and donated the rest to the school and my neighbours. Instead of buying myself a present for my birthday, I like to make a small contribution to Little Red Riding Hood because I believe it's the best gift I can give myself and a great way to give back to society.

My ex-husband has been overseas for so many years and did not give us any support. Even though my little boy was rescued in the ICU, he did not come back to take care of the child and didn't pay child support. Now I am encountering some hardship myself. My ex-husband is bringing us to the court fighting for a share of our only house in Australia. I want to fight back for my children, and myself as well as the values I believe To do that, I need legal support from professionals. I have tried to seek legal aid , however I don't eligible in the category due to the property is under my name. I have enough evidence to support my case. But I just need to raise the fund to pay for the legal fees. I truly believe that justice will be served. I am, hereby, asking for small donation from you.
