I am reaching out to you urgently, seeking your compassionate assistance for my family amid an unimaginable crisis. My name is Nawal Akel, and I currently reside in Belgium, compelled to share the painful situation my family faces in Gaza.

I am reaching out to you to help me protect and evacuate my family from Gaza, where they are suffering from hunger, disease, and fear.

We have lost our three-story home in Absan Al Jadida, the border village southeast of Khan Younis, which was built with great sacrifice over 50 years. After being displaced more than three times, from UNRWA schools in Khan Younis to Rafah on foot, we are now living in a tent in Rafah, surrounded by danger and despair.

This tent, unlike others bought ready-made, is hastily constructed from wooden panels and empty garbage bags, serving as their only shelter. Unfortunately, even this fragile refuge is not fortified against the dangers of war, as the surrounding area is subjected to frequent shelling, putting their lives at constant risk. Each day becomes a struggle for survival as they face the challenges of living in unsafe conditions.

Please help my family leave Gaza; we are an extended family. Help my mother, who suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stomach ailments and rheumatism, now struggling to survive after displacement. This woman has lost three adult sons.

Please help my sister Anwar, 47 years old, who faces challenges related to neurological disorders and auditory hallucination, Mania disorder with psychotic symptoms, requiring constant care.

Please help my sister Rasha, aged 45, and her young son Yahya, 9 years old, whom she got after seven years of marriage and through IVF, who suffers from dislocated joints and muscular dystrophy, requiring special care and attention. He now suffers from persistent fever and severe diarrhea, And now the only thing my mother and sister can do reading the Quran for him.

Please help her husband Emad, 49 years old, who suffers from a herniated disc that makes it impossible for him to work.

Please help my brother Mohammed, 44 years old, who suffers from a brain perforation Spontinous CSF leak from the left nostril and urgently needs a very dangerous surgical operation. We have long sought financial support from the Ministry of Health affiliated with the National Authority for this operation. We have obtained Form 1 and need the minister's approval for financial coverage, but because he is not an employee of the authority, we have difficulty obtaining the necessary funding.

Please help his wife Mariam, 40 years old, and their children: Malek, 15 years old, Mayar, 13 years old, Seila, 10 years old, Suleiman, 11 years old, and Lilian, 5 years old.

Please help my sister-in-law Amani, 35 years old, widow of a martyr who was killed in the Great Return March protests in 2018, along with their children: Malik, 12 years old, Amer, 7 years old, and Jana, 6 years old.

Please help my brother Alaa, who shares the burden of my family in Rafah. Please help them to leave Gaza.

The current situation of my family is not just a financial difficulty but a desperate plea from people suffering and seeking help. Every donation means a lot to us and will have a significant impact on our lives.

I know times are tough for everyone, but if you can help in any way, it will make a huge positive difference to my family and our future lives.

The funds we aim to collect will be allocated to secure entry visas to the Yahala Office, and to cover their accommodation, food, and clothing. Our goal is to raise $50000 to cover the visa fees for six adults and six children, because Yahala Office is asking for $5,000 for each person over 12 years old, and $2,500 for each child up to 12 years old.

In addition to an extra $2,500 to meet their urgent needs in Egypt for four months.
