help us put out this fire
the mobile was a cheap way to make a home. my wife Shaina of 17 yrs and I found out that we had a baby boy coming so we found this 1969 mobile for sale thru a friend in early months of 2021 for so cheap we couldn't pass it up. we bought it outright and began getting it ready for us and Colts birthday 8-6-21. it needed more work then I could of ever imagined but we stayed positive and began working on it ourselves as a team. we started with painting the interior, new carpet, light fixtures, switches, outlets, face plates, main door, then started with curtains and furniture. all that was thanks too those stimulus checks. then before we knew it Colt was here and we were busy learning how to be parents. mind you we had minimal too no help with that from family and we haven't made friends.
we asked Google when we had questions and went to the ER for the smallest things. we took that run down 1969 single wide trailer and made it a home and that's the only home my Son knows. he is so confused and frustrated cause he says he wants to go home to go night night or he asks for those super cool toys or shoes or his new paw patrol bedding set and we Try to explain to our 3 yr old that there was an accident or fire that started while we were eating dinner so we left and left it all behind. I still don't really know how to tell him the whole thing. I'm not trying to overwhelm you but we don't have a support group persay or family/friends that can help us so we have done what we believe is our only option and that's lean on or community a little for help I just don't want to be a burden or overstep my welcome. I know I am no saint fosho. but I have been a decent human being to my fellow man. I help when I can and I will go out of my way to go above and beyond for anyone that asked for help. that all said I'm gonna end this chapter/story with all of you folks and ask u decide for your self. the fire happened 1-25-25 12:15ish am campus Green trailer park in Klamath falls Oregon space 78. we are now staying at a local motel until we find out new home. thank you for your time.
