Trizzy is a divorced mum of three amazing young people who she has joint custody of, living on the Atherton Table lands in Queensland. She's on a disability support pension and can't work a full-time job. Currently she shares a house with her mum, who is in very poor health and will be leaving us sooner than we'd like. When mum goes, Trizzy will be in dire straights:

She has been told that the rental agreement won't be renewed, and she cannot find anywhere near the children that her pension will cover. So her solution, one that allows her to be near the kids and still have them on her days is the Caravan. No, it's not ideal, but in her words, it is a realistic solution.

There you are, we've laid it out and shared far more than we wanted to, and more than you wanted to know. I've failed to help, so I'm asking my friends and strangers too.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm reaching out to ask for help for my daughter Trizzy during an incredibly difficult time in her life.

Her mother is very unwell and nearing the end of her life. Once she passes, my daughter will have no stable place to live and is at real risk of becoming homeless.

Our goal is to raise $17000 to purchase a small secondhand caravan that will give her a safe, stable place to live while she navagates the loss and begins to rebuild her future. This is not about luxury, its about basic security, dignity, and safety.

A Caravan would allow her to:

. Have immediate, stable housing

. Avoid homelessness during her time of grief

. Remain close to her children

. Maintain independence while staying connected to her support networks

. Take time to plan her next steps without crisis pressure.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

. Purchasing a reliable Caravan.

. Essential setup costs i.e. Registraion, Minor Repairs, Basic Necessities
