My name is Kyle King and my daughter was drugged & violently assaulted 3 months ago while traveling out of the country.

She has been with me in Arizona for a few months recovering from the trauma, but has a ways to go. Her 2 children have made their way home to Maui with their father (they are in VERY good hands) and she wants to be back with them soon. The challenge is getting her back on her feet, after her experience.

I am reaching out to ask our vast and loving Ohana (family) for the financial assistance she requires to begin again.

She has been unable to work her established business, as she is the person who helps others through tough times. Given her state of mind, the periods of depression, disassociation, physical & mental pain, she cannot continue her normal work, but as mentioned, will be looking for a simple job once she’s home.

She and her long time partner are no longer together (they are on good terms, raising the kids together, but living separately). She requires enough to secure a home base and employment, which is already in motion.

Rental properties are quite expensive, averaging over $3000/month for a 2 bedroom but we are hopeful she’ll find a place where she can be safe, secure and continue recovery. Your help makes this possible.

I know, EVERYONE is challenged right now so I do not make this request without knowing it’s asking a lot… But as her mother, witnessing her courage, wanting to support my daughter in all the ways I can, I humbly request for your help.
