Hello everyone, I am writing this message with a heavy heart to ask you to help my cousin,Duc Ngo, and his family.
On his way home from working a late night shift, he passed away from a hit-and-run at the age of 25 on a highway. His body flew from the motorcycle to the nearby sidewalk and he died instantly on the spot. The other driver didn’t even stop once. The pediatricians found him and called the ambulance. His work ID card was still attached to his shirt. It must have been a tiring working shift for him and he couldn’t wait to get home to see his wife and newborn baby.
What breaks my heart even more is that he just had a baby a few months ago. His baby was born with Down Syndrome and heart defects. My cousin is the main worker of the family and has been working long and hard hours to pay for his son’s medical treatments. As some of you might already know, medical bills are expensive in Vietnam and poor people from the countryside do not have medical insurance coverage.
Today, I am making a GoFundMe to raise money for not only my cousin’s funeral but also for his son’s heart treatment. Please help us save the baby!
