Hello, my name is Abed from Gaza, and I am starting this fundraiser with a heavy heart for my beloved family in Gaza.

I am a devoted husband and father to a young son his name is Tameem, and whose world has been shattered by the ongoing conflict. Like so many, we have lost everything. We have been forced to flee our home multiple times, never knowing if the next place will be safe.

Now, our daily struggle is simply to survive. The basics of life—a loaf of bread, clean water, vegetables—have become unimaginable luxuries. The prices for everything are astronomical and unbearable. A single bag of flour now costs nearly $300, something we could never have imagined. Most days, providing even one meal is a challenge.

This campaign is not for luxuries. It is a desperate plea for survival, to help us afford the absolute essentials:
