Help Rafael get back on the road ; a car for independence

Help Rafael (my brother) get a car and rebuild his independence. Rafael is a licensed hairstylist, and entrepreneur. He works 2 jobs to get his 40hrs a week. Right now what’s holding him back is lack of transportation. Having a car would help him expand his hair business. It would also help him to visit his mother more often (who lives 40 minutes away).

He has been car less since 2023. He also recently got out of an abusive relationship. His ex stole his cash savings and proceeded to leave the state.
