Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My 9-year-old sister recently went through something no child should ever have to experience. Saying goodbye to her best friend, her beloved dog, Prince.
Prince was more than just a pet. He was her constant companion, her snuggle buddy during storms, her partner in play, and the one who always made her smile even on tough days. They were inseparable.
On Easter Sunday, tragedy struck. Prince began having seizures -over 30 of them - and it was suspected he had a brain tumor. Whisper and her parents rushed him to the vet, but nothing could be done. My brave little sister hugged him the entire time and stayed with him until he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge.
Now, all she wants is to bring Prince’s ashes home to keep a piece of him close and have somewhere to talk to him, to grieve, and to remember all the love they shared. Unfortunately, the cost for his cremation and to bring his ashes home is more than our family can manage right now.
We are hoping to raise $483 to cover the cost of his cremation and urn. Every dollar helps, and even if you can’t donate, sharing this would mean the world to us. All donations will go to her mom Ronnetta Jordan so she can go get Prince and bring him home.
No child should have to go through a loss like this, but being able to bring Prince home will bring her a sense of peace, closure, and comfort knowing that he’s still with her in a way.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for helping us give this small but powerful gift to a heartbroken little girl.
With love and gratitude,
Tiffany Jordan
