My parents and sister have been deeply impacted by the devastating Hawk Fire. We are incredibly thankful that their home is still standing, but the fire burned their yard, destroyed many of their belongings, and left their home with smoke damage.

This situation is especially difficult because my dad is 85 years old and my mom is handicapped. They are not physically able to take on the extensive cleanup, hauling, repairs, and restoration that are now needed.

My sister works full time and does everything she can to help our parents, but the amount of cleanup, restoration, and support they now need is more than our family can manage on our own.

They have worked hard for everything they have, and seeing their property and belongings damaged by the fire has been heartbreaking for our entire family.

We are starting this fundraiser to help with:

* Professional fire and debris cleanup

* Smoke-damage restoration

* Replacing belongings destroyed by the fire

* Yard and property repairs

* Temporary necessities and unexpected expenses

* Additional help and support they may need during their recovery
