Help my 6yr old son Adam to be transported safely

Story

My name is Nour Sider, and I'm starting this campaign as an attempt to get help for my 6yr old son Adam.  When Adam was 2yrs old, he suffered brain damage and has not been able to walk, talk or move about on his own every since. Adam is transported by wheelchair and at this time it is unsafe and very difficult to transport him in my minivan. An average trip leaving the home for Adam consists of oxygen, a feeding pump, several bags with needed supplies and also his wheelchair. Adam is unable to support his head, neck or body while traveling from one place to the next, but if he had a minivan that was wheelchair accessible, then Adam could be transported to doctors appointments and different places with the family without the fear of him traveling unsafely. When Adam travels in my minivan he currently sits in a car seat. I lift him out of the wheelchair and place him in the car seat. Then, I lift his wheelchair and put it in the back of the van.  This is more and more difficult to do each day because Adam is a growing boy and its its very hard to lift him in and out of the van. If you can find it in your hearts to help my son Adam, we would greatly appreciate it.
