Mr. Chi came to a council meeting on 9/20 asking for the council and Mayor’s help as he was fined weeks ago for $1,000 (no warning) and also instructed he needs to purchase expensive equipment. He is asking for the city’s help as he is unable to get help from anyone else in administration.

Mr. Chi is a local Summit fixture in town.
