Help Mr. Barnes, 42-Year Homeless Veteran

My dad Mr. Howard Barnes was a homeless veteran for over 42 years. He has been waiting on the VA to assist him and they still have not help him in anyway. They are aware of his hardship and continue to talk in circles. Without any financial assistance I don’t know how much longer he will make it.
