Hello everyone, My name is Mathias and I’m reaching out on behalf of my Mother, as well as myself. We’ve been doing our best to stay afloat, but life threw us a curveball this year, and we could really use some help.

On February 24th, 2024, our car was rear-ended.. just one week after she had finally paid it off. Yet, quickly, everything turned into another setback that we’re still trying to bounce back from.

Since then, our 2007 Chevrolet Impala (our only vehicle) has been barely hanging on. It now needs major repairs just to stay safe and drivable, including:

•A new heater core (the current one aspirates coolant into the cabin whenever the HVAC is on)

•New tires

•Catalytic converter

•Driver’s window (won’t roll up completely)

•Traction control repair

•Rear sway bar links

•Alignment

This car is essential for my mom getting to work, our appointments, and making sure we have basic necessities. But between ongoing bills, basic living costs, and having never received child support, it’s been impossible for her to afford all these repairs without help.
