Support a Family's Fresh Start in Germany

I am starting this gofundme for my friend who recently left an abusive marriage. Overnight, she had four children to raise, feed, and support all on her own.

After fighting in court for one and a half years with little to no income (she was not able to officially work due to immigration issues), she finally received what felt like the impossible and what we all prayed for. The judge gave the final court order giving the mother and four children permission to relocate back to their homeland of Germany.

The entire family is beyond grateful for this outcome and to the mother, it feels like she just won the lottery. Despite all of the happiness, she is now left with the sole responsibility of rebuilding and financing their lives from scratch back home.

There is also a family dog, Abu, a super sweet Rottweiler that they are trying very hard to take with them.

I am asking this wonderful Community for support to help them rebuild their lives and give them some kind of peace of mind!

Money raised will be going towards:

-5 tickets to Germany (~$4,000)

-a transportation box for Abu (~$500)

-first month rent (~$1,400)

-deposit for the appartment ($4,500)

-furniture, washer, dryer

If enough money is raised it will also go towards a car.
