Help MoMo Secure U.S. Citizenship
Donation protected
Many of you generously helped us raise funds several years ago to adopt MoMo from the west African nation of Burkina Faso. He is a medically complex (heart) and non-verbal, autistic, delightful 7-year-old boy. Although we have now just recently fully adopted him (hallelujah!), he is not a U.S. citizen. Citizenship is an entirely separate and sadly, an extremely expensive process. This is the final hurdle! We are seeking to raise around nine thousand dollars to cover legal fees and several expensive federal application fees to secure MoMo's U.S. citizenship. There is some urgency to this fundraiser as several of MoMo's permanent medical services are tied to having U.S. citizenship. There is no such thing as a donation that is too small. Money raised above the amount needed for immigration will be used on medical costs and therapies. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
