Help Mom Battle Cancer and Car Troubles

Most of you already know how my mom has been battling cancer for the past 3-4 years. Well now she has another brand new cancer in the thyroid due to her genetic defects. She will have to undergo another major surgery and possible more treatments. To make matters worse, the motor in her car just blew up this week with no warrenty, leaving her with no car to get to work, doctor appointments or anywhere else she may need to go. She lives pay check to paycheck like most do and can not afford a down payment for a new / used car. I am asking for a Christmas miracle to help my mom who always goes above and beyond for those she loves and cares for.
