My sweet nephew Jackson was born with a condition that has put him in the hospital with antibiotic-resistant infections at least six times in the past three years, not to mention the many hospitalizations that came before. He has one (poorly) functioning kidney. Each hospital stay results in the loss of at least $1,000 of income for my sister Mollie, who owns her own business, as well as the financial burden of travel several hours from home (gas, meals, etc.). While Mollie and Charlie have great insurance, they pay about $3,000 per year out of pocket for medical expenses. The pandemic also hit Mollie's photography business hard. She and Charlie have struggled with stress on top of stress for so long, and any help they receive would ease some of that unending pressure while caring for a chronically ill son.

I know that there are so many who care deeply for Mollie and her family. She gives of herself to so many, her family, friends, and community. Let's pour that love back into the Corbetts and give them some relief.
