My name is Mohammed Hisham Hijazi. I am 35 years old and a father of a family of five.
We once lived a simple and peaceful life, but the war changed everything.
We lost the home that brought us together and kept us safe. Along with it, we lost our sense of security and stability. All we have left are memories and photos of a home that no longer exists.
Since then, we have been displaced multiple times, moving from one place to another in search of safety, until we finally ended up living in a tent that cannot protect us from the freezing winter or the scorching summer heat.
My family of five struggles every day to secure the most basic necessities of life: food, clean drinking water, milk for the children, diapers, and other essential supplies that have become incredibly difficult to afford because of the siege, rising prices, and the complete loss of income.
One of the deepest pains we carry is the loss of our father. He was our source of strength, warmth, and support. His passing left an enormous void in our lives and made the burden we carry every day even heavier.
I am writing these words while trying to stay strong for my family, but the truth is that these circumstances are far beyond what we can endure alone.
That is why I am reaching out through this campaign, hoping for your kindness and support to help us meet our basic needs and give us the chance to survive with dignity.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference in our lives.
If you are unable to donate, simply sharing our story could help it reach someone who can.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read our story, and to every compassionate person who stands with us during this difficult time.
Your support and prayers are the hope we continue to hold onto.
