I'm autistic, me and my girlfriend are both trans. we had a wellness check called on us and Behavioral Crisis Response came. it resulted in her being detained due to transphobia, guns drawn on her, and us being interrogated by police for our relationship.

When I got the police report I could see clearly that they called and lied after my girlfriend didn’t let me get forced to talk to them alone. We have no weapons.

While she was detained the police and crisis workers started asking about our relationship. When I told them she helps with tasks because I’m autistic, they told me I could get her arrested and get a care worker instead. When I denied they asked if I wanted to be institutionalized or hospitalized instead.

I am begging for help, we have nothing and the police took safety away from us. Donations will be going towards stabilizing us while we work towards pursuing legal action about this.
