Help Mikey replace his bike that two punks stole from him

Hi, my name is Michael Craytor and I am 12 years old and in sixth grade. On Thursday, June 6th, my friends and I were riding bikes when we were followed by two teenagers. We thought they wanted to hang out with us and be invited to ride bikes. So, we asked if they wanted to ride. We headed down to the ball fields that were very crowded. As my friends and I went to play wiffleball on an empty field, we invited our new friends to play as well. They declined, saying they had to go home soon. Shortly after, we saw them riding away and leaving the fields. When I looked to check on my bike, which was within my and everyone else’s eyesight, and a very crowded area with a lot of other bikes as well, these new “friends” had taken my bike which was a 29 inch “Big Ripper” and left a different, broken, junky bike in its place. We were kind to these kids, and invited them to be friends and they targeted me and only wanted to ride with us long enough for me to be separated from my bike so they could take that opportunity to steal it from me.

I love that bike so much and have ridden it every single day since I got it. It’s the beginning of summer, and it will be a boring summer for me to not have a bike and have a chance to hang with my friends all summer long because I’ll be stuck in the house.

I am just trying to raise enough money for me to buy a new one, because I know my mom can’t afford to buy me a new one right now and I know it was very hard for her to be able to buy it for me in the first place. I can do chores or yard work or anything at all in exchange. If you just let me know and I will do it. I just really want to get myself a new bike without my mom needing to work extra jobs to earn the money.
