Help Mikey and Tristen be a family again

Hi my names siana I’ve set up this go fund me for my nephew tristen

tristen is fighting in court for rights to have visitation with his son mikey who has just turned 2 unfortunately due to orders and proceedings I can’t go into much detail

but a lot of allegations against Tristen are false and there is contradicting reports

currently Tristen is allowed 1 hour a week supervised contact and he isn’t allowed to take pictures or make real memories with his son

tristen does work and he has managed and coped to pay his solicitor with his own finances but now this case is going to trial and unfortunately the fees are extremely high racking in at £5000

tristen has kindly been gifted £1000 towards these fees from a family member

please any help would be greatly appreciate he doesn’t want to miss another birthday, Christmas, Halloween, Easter

he just wants to be a dad and he is an amazing father please help give him the opportunity and mikey the opportunity to be a family unit as that is what’s best for them both
