The Utah Rail Passengers Association is looking to send Mike Christensen and Nathan Strain to Washington, DC, at the start of April to attend the national Rail Passengers Association's RailNation conference. Included as part of the conference will be the opportunity for Mike and Nate to meet with congressional staffers to discuss the funding freeze, advocate for the implementation of the FRA's Amtrak Daily Long-Distance Service Study, and fight for continued federal funding for passenger rail. Funds from this campaign will go towards travel costs. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
