Help Miguel Moreno battle his toughest fight yet!

Hi I'm William Moreno, and I'm here to ask anyone who is willing to help my brothers cause. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 throat Cancer and has been doing chemo and radiation treatments. Recently he suffered a brain infection and had to have emergency brain surgery to save his life. Miguel is a very kind person and the last one we would have ever expected to have this happen. He has never once let this take him down. He took the cancer on like it was nothing. He was even working during his treatments, with a feeding tube in. He never once let anything stop him and he's not one to ask for anything. If you know my brother then you know that he is one of the most generous people and he's never once asked for anything,So I'm asking all you wonderful people if you ever wanted to pay him back, this is the time. Anything helps. He is looking at a long time before he will be able to work and unfortunately the bills don't stop.
