What started out as an innocent, simple online search for customer support ended in a cunning and very convincing scam.

These criminals convinced Michele that her identity was in jeopardy and they also impersonated Government officials.

Michele, who is the most tender-hearted and kind person you could know, lost a large majority of her already small retirement fund. She was completely taken advantage of with cruel deception and lies.
