Help Michael J. Sparks Jr. Overcome Medical Challenges

This GoFundMe is set up for Michael J. Sparks Jr. and his family. Many of you already know how giving Michael is, always there to help people in need and to donate as much time as he can to volunteer coaching various sports teams.

For a little over a year, Michael has been suffering from aggressive, progressing diabetes that started with him losing his vision. Thankfully, with medical intervention and ongoing injections into his eyes, he has regained his vision. Unfortunately, what started as a simple blister has turned into a major infection on his foot, and the infection has now progressed into a bone in his foot. Michael is undergoing care at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where they have removed a small bone in his foot. They are hoping it does not continue to progress further. For the next several days, they will be watching and will perform another procedure to make sure that the infection has not progressed any further. At that time, they will close the wound where they removed the bone.

Michael has never been one to ask for help, so I am asking for help for him because I know the financial strain on him and his family after the issue with his eyesight and not being able to work for that period of time as he fought that battle. Now he is faced with this devastating situation. Please help Michael and his family as they try to get through this. Michael is a truck driver and he will not be able to work for approximately 6 to 8 weeks if everything goes well, and he needs our help.
