Help Melissa with Medical and Living Expenses

My sister, Melissa had a stroke July 16, did not fully recover, and experienced a 2nd stroke August 16 and was hospitalized since. Days after her stroke she had brain hemmorage and was unresponsive to anything and anyone. A week went by like that until she became alert, but unable to understand where she is and why. She is unable to attend to her financial responsibilities. Recently, we found out that her ex (who up and left her once he realized what shape she was in after the hemmorage) stole debit cards attached to both her local bank account and her online banking. He robbed her of nearly $14,000 during the month of October alone. I made this gofundme to try to help as much as possible. She is now in a nursing home and unable to understand information given to her; her speech/words are nonsensical. My family is trying our best to keep everything in line for her.
