Theatre has taught me more about life and adulthood than any classroom or home lesson ever could. It gave a small black girl from a small town the chance to realize her true worth and showed me what it means to be part of a community that accepts me for who I am—LOUD, goofy, and proudly different.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel the country doing what I love, and I cherish the theatre family I’ve built along the way. Now it’s my turn to give back.

For my 33rd birthday, instead of gifts or even well wishes, I’m asking you to support my fundraising campaign for Raleigh Little Theatre (RLT)!

I’m beyond excited to announce that I’ve been selected as one of 10 divas in a fundraising competition to support Raleigh Little Theatre (RLT)! ✨

What’s at stake? Well, the diva who raises the most funds will be crowned RLT Diva 2025 and get a fabulous crown , but the real reward is helping to keep the arts alive in our community!

On April 12th, we’ll be putting on an incredible one-night-only performance to raise money for this amazing theatre. But right now, I need your support to help me win this crown—and more importantly, to keep RLT thriving!
