Hi, my name is Emily, my mom is in end stage heart failure. I live in Colorado and she lives in New Jersey. Flying back and forth and still trying to pay my bills and rent has taken a huge toll on me and my mental health. My mom is on the transplant list and will be getting a new heart within a month. But i need to go back to Colorado so that i can work and provide for my family. Please help any way you can so that i can be here in New Jersey when my mom receives her new heart.
