Hi everyone, I left my home in the UK 26th February & travelled to Poland to offer whatever assistance I could, absolutely sickened like everyone else at what I was witnessing on the news. Since arriving in Poland & thanks to the incredible generosity of folks back in the UK, EU & US I have been able to transport  almost 120 people from various locations such as Medyka, Przemysl, Korczowa & Chelm. Provided over 40 nights of Hotel accommodation, Flixbus tickets, flights to the UK, supported local refuges with donations, food, water. Donated to the local Dog rescue centre, purchased TV’s for Przemysl Humanitarian Aid Centre that have since been re-donated to local primary schools. Countless powerbanks, given small cash donations, donated military clothing, medical supplies which have been delivered directly in to Ukraine. Multiple food runs to multiple locations. Provided chairs for people to sit on outside the UK visa centre in Rzeszow at the very beginning of the centre opening. 

I’ve crossed the border in to Ukraine & volunteered in Uzhgorod & since returned to the border with a van full of food, baby supplies & sanitary supplies for a locally ran charity in Uzhgorod who have been supporting displaced people who want to stay in Ukraine. 

I’ve organised & now funded 2 months accommodation for a family of 5 in Bielsko Biala & currently searching to locate accommodation in Krakow for another family.

We’ve clocked up 24,000km so far, 8 rental vehicles used so far & my own car has been temporarily donated to a charity based out of Przemysl who have provided assistance to Przemysl & Kharkiv.

Thanks to your unbelievable generosity a family now has a rented apartment in Krakow. Deposit, fees & first months rent all paid, 

The list of assistance and support given is huge, absolutely huge & continues each day I am here. The amount of people directly or indirectly assisted is countless. All because of the incredible, unbelievable generosity of everyday people who just want to help. I cannot thank them enough & the people helped are unbelievably grateful, I have made friends for life. 

Thanks to the positive power of Twitter I was able to connect Alex & Ty with the Kharpp project & as a result a UK registered Ambulance is now doing the rounds in Kharkiv!! With another 3 on route shortly. 

Please understand I am not asking those who have already donated to donate again, you have gone above & beyond, way way above & I am beyond grateful. All I ask is for you to share the page.  

I also fully understand how difficult things are back home & elsewhere. I also see hundreds if not thousands of fundraisers large & small all asking for donations so if you are still looking for a way to help please consider my appeal or one of the many who are directly helping.
