Greetings, dear supporters! I'm Abdu Al-Kurd. I'm 35 years old. I'm a father. I have five children, three daughters and one son. I reach out to you with a heavy heart to tell my story and suffering.

Since October 7th, continuous airstrikes have left us homeless. In particular, on the twentieth of October, in the middle of the night and intense darkness, our house was bombed over our heads. More than 10 members of my family were lost, and miraculously, my children and I survived. I lost my house and was displaced multiple times. We are currently living in a tiny rented house with my children, enduring harsh conditions including food and water shortages, lack of electricity, inadequate sanitation, and harsh weather.

Due to the harsh circumstances we are facing, I have lost my source of income and I'm jobless. I am currently facing desperate circumstances and urgently seek assistance to ensure the safety of my family, particularly my children, by relocating us from Gaza. The situation in Gaza has deteriorated significantly, with widespread suffering from hunger, thirst, displacement, disease, and ongoing bombings.

The past seven months have been filled with unimaginable horror and despair. The prolonged conflict has taken a severe toll on our mental health and well-being, leaving us with no hope for the future in Gaza. Even if a ceasefire is achieved, the extensive damage cannot be swiftly repaired.

To cross the Gaza-Egypt border at Rafah, we need to be included on the crossing list, which requires a substantial fee of $7,000 to $8,000 per person demanded by coordinators in Egypt. They refuse to add our names until we can provide proof of funds.

Regrettably, our home was destroyed, leaving me heartbroken and without hope for our future here. I have documented the devastation in a video, witnessing the collapse of my home shattered any remaining hope.

I humbly request assistance to secure our evacuation.
