From a Beautiful Home to Rubble – A Family’s Struggle in Gaza
My name is Zeinab, and I live in Gaza — a place that was once full of life, laughter, and the smell of fresh bread in the morning. Until recently, I had a beautiful home that I poured my heart into. It wasn’t just walls and a roof — it was where my family shared meals, laughter, and dreams. Every corner held a memory.
But in one moment, everything changed.
A strike hit our neighborhood, and my beloved home turned into rubble. The walls that held our memories are now broken stones. The rooms that once echoed with children’s laughter are silent. All that’s left is dust, debris, and the heartache of losing everything we worked for.
Now, we are displaced, struggling each day just to survive. Food and clean water are scarce, electricity comes only for a few hours, and medicine is almost impossible to find. At night, the children cry — not just from fear, but from hunger.
We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for the chance to live — to have bread on the table, to keep our children warm, and to rebuild even the smallest part of what we lost.
Your help can bring more than just material aid — it can bring hope to a family that refuses to give up. Every donation, no matter how small, is a lifeline for us.
From my heart, thank you for reading, sharing, and caring. You are helping us believe that even after the darkest nights, the sun will rise again.
