Since our separation in 2020 I've tried my hardest to put the best interests of my daughter first, and I've sacrificed a lot of time I truly regret losing. Her mother has continually tried to hurt me and take time away from me, and recently has started withholding her against my wishes. So the time has come to take the custody issue to the courts. My initial goal is to have the agreement SHE offered be enforced. I know it is now her intent to try to continue to withhold more time from me, and I am not willing to accept this. But this is too expensive and I need help. I hate to ask, but this is more important than my pride... Please, I need help to prevent any more loss of time with my daughter. And yes, this might end up becoming a full blown case for full custody, but my goal is not to hurt her mother, but the have her held accountable to the agreement she made.
