Creating Safe, Structured Spaces for Women to Heal from Childhood Trauma

There comes a moment in life when you realize you can no longer ignore what you feel called to do.

For me, that moment is now.

I am stepping fully into my purpose—to inspire, heal, and empower others—and I’m inviting you to be part of this journey.

In 2019, I began sharing daily messages of hope and inspiration online.

In 2020, I launched my podcast to encourage people to live their best lives through self-improvement and a growth mindset.

But as I continued the work, something deeper became clear. In 2016, I realized that I had lost myself—and it was time to choose myself again. I made a life-changing decision to leave a situation that was no longer serving me. That decision altered the trajectory of my life in ways I can only describe as transformative. From that experience, I wrote my book Living Life From Within, sharing how choosing healing and forward movement can change everything.

Over time, I realized my true assignment was deeper. Last year, I pivoted my platform to focus specifically on helping women heal from childhood trauma — something I understand personally. Inspiration is powerful. But healing requires structure. Through my training in Cognitive Behavioral techniques and years of personal growth work, I am building resources to help women:

• Reframe trauma-based thought patterns

• Develop emotional resilience

• Apply growth mindset principles to healing

• Move from survival to stability

For five years, this podcast and platform have been a labor of love. I have continued the mission while working other jobs to sustain myself. I am proud of that perseverance. However, to build structured courses, digital programs, webinars, and coaching support for women who are actively healing, I need focused time and capacity. While my initial goal is to raise $1,200 to begin building and creating, my overall vision is much bigger.

This campaign is the first step toward a larger goal of $18,000, which will allow me to fully step into this mission—creating content, resources, and space to help others heal, grow, and move forward. This will allow me to create a dedicated 4–6 month window to:

• Develop trauma-informed digital courses

• Launch structured online healing workshops

• Expand podcast production and outreach

• Build sustainable coaching frameworks

This is not about starting something new. It is about fully stepping into what I believe I was called to do.

While much of my work centers on women’s healing, this message and these offerings are for anyone who is ready to grow, heal, and move forward.
