I never imagined I would be in a position where I would need to ask for help like this, but I’m doing everything I can to remain an active and loving father to my children.

Over recent months I have been involved in family court proceedings regarding contact with my young son, Arlo. Like many parents going through the family court system, the emotional toll has been incredibly difficult — but the financial strain has become overwhelming.

Despite everything, my focus has always remained the same: making sure my children know they are loved, supported, and that I will always fight to be present in their lives.

I have already attended mediation, worked with Cafcass, complied with court proceedings, and recently began rebuilding contact with my son through a structured court-approved progression plan. Seeing him again after such a long period reminded me exactly why I cannot give up.

Unfortunately, legal representation and ongoing court costs are expensive, and I am now struggling to keep up with the fees required to continue the process properly. I am trying to raise £3,000 to help cover:

* Solicitor fees

* Court-related costs

* Travel and contact expenses

* Ongoing legal support during proceedings

I’m not looking for conflict or sympathy — just the chance to continue doing right by my children and to give them the stable, loving relationship they deserve with their dad.
