Help Me Serve Those Who Served - Eagle Scout Project

Hi, my name is Logan, I'm 17 years old.

I am raising money for my Eagle Scouts project. I have been in Scouts for 8 years and have learned and gained many skills. The pinnacle achievement of Scouting is obtaining Eagle rank, and to do so you need to complete a project that benefits the community and also teaches the Eagle Scout time management, team building, leadership skills, communication skills, and other tasks that relate to becoming a young leader.

The project I chose for my Eagle Scout is a pergola, for the American Legion, which my troop comes from. I chose this because I want to give back to the veterans and the community. This will help create shade, a place for outdoor eating, and socialization. I have communicated with Lou, a veteran, who expressed his support.

I attended meetings at the Legion and received valuable input and support from its members. This project means a lot to me—not just as a requirement for Eagle Scout, but as a way to honor those who have served our country and support the community that has supported me throughout my Scouting journey. Any donation, no matter the size, will bring me closer to making this vision a reality. Thank you for taking the time to read about my project and for considering supporting my goal.
