HELP ME SAVE LIYA

I have been battling with a custody case with the State of Georgia for the past 4 years against Mr Yohan.

Next September 18th, 2024 will be our FINAL TRIAL in the State of Georgia.

Mr Yohan initially brought this case in front of the State of Georgia in 2020 and reopen the same case in 2022 shortly after my daughters and I moved to the State of New Jersey.

Unfortunately I have been dealing with a one sided court system that’s ruling against me and money allows one side to better state their case, and that results in unfair results.

The State of Georgia have put my daughters and I through the most chronic stress that have put me and my children at risk and affected our emotional health.

Mr Yohan denied paternity at the beginning of my pregnancy and begged me for an abortion which I denied. Fast forward I decided to carry on with my pregnancy and raised my two daughters all alone, until I was served by the State of Georgia, years later. Today Mr Yohan claims he was blessed with money that he will use to win this custody court case.

Mr Yohan had three other children after me by two other women.

Mr Yohan and I were not married in the State of Georgia and never lived together. Today he is determined to break my family apart. I moved away over two years ago up North for better opportunities for the children and I, for our peace, for the kids wellbeing but Mr Yohan and the State of Georgia would like to force me to move back to Georgia to be wherever Mr Yohan would like me to be or I will loose custody if I stay in the State of New Jersey. Meanwhile I have lived in the state of New Jersey for over two years, work in the State of New York and New Jersey. My oldest daughter is a high schooler maintaining the highest GPA and being named to the Distinguished Honor Roll for all her four marking periods. My youngest daughter LIYA is in elementary school is enrolled in IEP in her school district which is not transferable through States.

I’m running out of funds to pay for attorneys fees, trial attorneys fees and medical expenses. For the FINAL TRIAL coming up on September 18 th, 2024, witnesses will have to travel down to Georgia to attend the trial in person at my own expense.
