Hi, my name is Yalitza, and I’m a mother of three—Dallas, Raya, and Iyah. I am currently going through one of the hardest times in my life.

I am involved in an active CPS/dependency case in Riverside, CA following a domestic violence situation. As a result, my children were removed, and I am now fighting to reunify my family.

I have been my son Dallas’s custodial parent for over 9 years, and I have always been present and involved in all of my children’s lives. Anyone who knows me or my children knows that they mean the world to me, and I would do anything for them.

Being their primary parent and now being separated from them has been extremely emotionally and mentally painful for all of us. Despite this, I am doing everything required of me to comply with the court and create a safe, stable environment for my children.

Despite my efforts, I am facing the possibility of losing custody, and I feel overwhelmed trying to navigate this process without proper legal representation. I want to make sure I am doing everything correctly so I can bring my children back home.

I am asking for help to raise funds to hire a dependency attorney who can help protect my rights and guide me through this process. Having the right legal support could make all the difference in reunifying me with Dallas, Raya, and Iyah.
