Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, dear brothers and sisters.
I’m a mother living in the UK with my young children, while my husband remains overseas. We have been apart for longer than I could have ever imagined, and it has been incredibly difficult for all of us — especially for our children, who are growing up without their father by their side.
The process to bring my husband here requires legal support, and solicitor fees are more than I can afford. I am not currently working, so this expense is simply beyond my means.
Allah ﷻ tells us in the Qur’an:
“Whoever relieves a believer’s distress, Allah will relieve him of distress on the Day of Resurrection.” (Sahih Muslim)
The Prophet ﷺ also said: “Charity does not decrease wealth.” (Muslim) — reminding us that whatever we give for the sake of Allah will only bring barakah (blessings) into our lives.
If you are able to help with even a small donation, it would be a sadaqah jariyah (ongoing charity) for you — helping reunite a family and giving children the gift of their father’s presence. If you cannot give financially, please share this page and keep us in your duas.
May Allah reward you with goodness in this world and the next.
