After more than 20 years leading teams and strategy in the retail industry, the past year has been a time of reflection for me. I’ve realized that what excites me most is helping organizations and people navigate change.

To deepen this work, I’ve been accepted into Harvard’s online program “Adaptive Leadership: Practical Strategies for Change.”

The program focuses on leading through complexity, transformation, and uncertainty — skills I want to use to help businesses and teams move forward.

While I’m currently between roles, the cost of the program is more than I can comfortably invest right now. I’m hoping my community might help me take this next step.
