In need of help from my loved ones and friends. I lost my job 4 months ago after working for a family-owned dealership for 5 years. Getting another job at my age is hard; not everyone wants to give the opportunity. I have been searching high and low, but to keep my head high, I worked as an Uber and Lyft driver. This paid the bills, kept me fed, and gave me a place to sleep every night.

On Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, I accepted a Lyft ride hoping to make the money I needed for the month. Like any other day, I was creating a safe and comfortable ride for the rider when he hijacked my car. I stepped out to refill on gas since the destination was far, when he went over to the front seat and took off with my car. I tried blocking his way, but he just ran into me and ended up crashing lights away in a 3-car crash. It is not the fact that my car got stolen, or the person who stole it, but what was keeping me afloat and helping me get through the days got taken away from me in seconds. I have no transportation, no luck in anyone willing to give me the chance to prove my skills at a job, and just hoping in what comes next.

All I ask is for help, any donation to continue paying my bills for now, to buy myself a plate of food. Even an opportunity at any job. Anything helps.
