Help Me Protect My Daughter — Seeking Legal Support

Hi, my name is Steph. I’m a mother to an incredible 4-year-old girl — she’s bright, emotionally intuitive, full of life, and has a bold, sensitive spirit. She’s my entire world.

Unfortunately, we’re currently in a very difficult and painful situation. My daughter is being exposed to high-conflict tension and unresolved trauma involving her biological father. Despite a documented history of domestic violence, the court system continues to overlook these very real concerns. Though I’ve physically left the abusive environment, the emotional and psychological abuse hasn’t stopped — and now, my daughter is being affected too.

I’m trying with everything in me to get her a custody attorney or Guardian ad Litem — someone whose sole focus is her well-being — but I need help. These legal services are costly, and navigating the system alone as a protective parent is overwhelming and heartbreaking. I need someone to fight for her the way I do every single day.
