Help Me Protect My Baby in a Custody Battle

I never thought I’d be making one of these.

As most of you know, the past few months have been the hardest of my life. I’ve been in an exhausting legal battle that started when my baby was just a few weeks old. I’ve been doing everything I can to handle it on my own — filing my own paperwork, gathering evidence, learning court procedures — but it’s become too much to do without help.

I need an attorney. Not because I want to fight for the sake of fighting, but because my child’s safety and stability are at stake, and I can’t risk losing the ability to protect her. This case has taken an enormous emotional toll — sleepless nights, constant stress, and the weight of knowing one wrong step could change everything. I’ve fought every day with everything I have - I've lost so much sleep and energy already - and I’ve reached the point where I can’t do it alone anymore...

The truth is, attorney fees are more than I can manage on my own right now. I’ve gone back and forth about making a GoFundMe because I hate the idea of asking for money — but my mom reminded me that sometimes it’s okay to ask for help when you truly need it. And I really, really do.
